	A wonderful opportunity to learn the secrets of traditional, regional gastronomy. Cooking classes are held at local restaurants known for their exceptional cuisine and are followed by a sit-down dinner, where we savor the meal prepared, accompanied by outstanding local wines.

Sailing on the Lakes
	Half-day of sailing on Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or Lake Lugano. The perfect way to enjoy a different perspective on the mountains and the sumptuous villas dotting the lakeshores. Boat sizes vary from 4 to 10 passengers. Licensed skipper mandatory. Hands-on optional.

Wine Tasting
	Barolo, Barbera, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo. Discover these and other outstanding, but less known,  wines of Piemonte, Italy’s wine region. Familiarize yourself with the great Ticino Merlot, the signature and famous wine, of the Italian-speaking canton of Switzerland.
